Part 1:
Making hand hygiene convenient for workers is the key to the success of your program. You must ensure the products are placed in key areas when encouraging workers to use proper hand hygiene procedures. Busy workers will not get up to wash their hands or walk to a dispenser every time they need to, so it’s important to supply the sanitizer in personal bottles to keep it within arm’s reach at all times. Providing sanitizer to all workers in table-top dispensers is a fundamental part of a successful program.

Common areas
Meeting rooms, cafeterias, break rooms and restrooms are busy areas that may require a larger-size dispensing option for PURELL® Instant Hand Sanitizer
Education
Educating employees about the importance of hand hygiene is important. The program includes materials to encourage use, such as brochures and posters.
If your workers don’t know about the germs at their workstation, they won’t understand the importance of hand hygiene. It’s important that employees know the personal benefits gained by making good hand hygiene habitual. Getting sick is not an enjoyable experience, especially if your employees are paid based on the number of hours worked.
